Choosing a book
Check the product description and available sample preview. If you have a question about the story, activities or PDF format, email us with the book title.
A download or PDF issue
Tell us if you cannot find your download, open the file, or view a page correctly. Include your order details and the exact error message, if one appears.
A payment or order question
If a payment appears to have been deducted but you cannot find an order confirmation, email us with your checkout email, payment date and transaction reference, if available.
