1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made directly through kidicube.com and to the use of files supplied with those purchases. Product-specific terms shown before checkout also form part of your purchase information.

Our Digital Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain delivery and purchase-related remedies.

2. Purchases and account details

Purchases and account management are intended for adults who can enter into a purchase agreement. Parents, caregivers and teachers may purchase books for children in their care.

Provide accurate checkout information, including an email address you can access. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

3. Digital products

Our website offers downloadable PDF books, including coloring books, illustrated storybooks and educational activities. Each listing describes the book, format, page count and included files.

PDF listings are delivered electronically. Cover images may include book mockups to illustrate presentation. A purchase of a digital PDF does not include a physical paperback.

Review available samples to help assess the content and suitability before buying. Suggested age ranges are guidance, and individual interests and abilities vary.

4. Prices and payment

Review the price, currency, any applicable taxes and the final total displayed at checkout before submitting payment.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or charges under its own terms. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Download access is normally supplied after successful payment confirmation. If a payment or pricing issue affects your order, contact us so we can investigate. An agreed purchase price will not be increased without your agreement.

5. Delivery and download access

After payment confirmation, download links are normally supplied by email. Orders associated with your KidiCube account are also accessible through the account’s Downloads section.

Any applicable download limits or expiry dates are shown with your download details. Save a backup copy of your purchased PDF.

6. What you may do with your PDF

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied book for personal, household and classroom activities, subject to these terms.

• Download the PDF and keep backup copies for your own use.
• Read the book on your compatible personal devices.
• Print multiple copies for children in your household.
• Print copies for students you directly teach in your own classroom.
• Use a printing service to produce permitted copies on your behalf.

A printing service may receive the file solely to fulfil your printing request. It may not retain or reuse it for other customers.

7. Sharing and resale restrictions

Unless separately authorised in writing, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the PDF or its individual pages as digital files.
• Upload files or download links to public websites, shared resource libraries, social media groups or file-sharing services.
• Share your purchased file with other households, teachers or organisations for their independent use.
• Sell printed copies or include the content in products offered for sale.
• Extract illustrations, stories or other content for separate commercial use.
• Claim the book or its content as your own work.

Contact us if you need permission for school-wide use, distribution or another use outside this licence. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

8. File compatibility and printing

You need an internet connection to download your files, sufficient storage and a compatible PDF reader. Printing requires a suitable printer and paper.

Follow the page-size and printing instructions supplied with the product. Colours and appearance can vary with your screen, printer, ink, paper and print settings.

Sample previews may be compressed and watermarked. The purchased PDF is supplied without the sample watermark.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Once download access has been supplied, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Missing, corrupted, incorrect or materially misdescribed files and confirmed duplicate charges are reviewed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any loss of that right for immediate digital delivery is subject to the express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law.

10. Paperback editions and external websites

Some listings link to paperback editions on Amazon. Purchases completed there are governed by the terms shown on Amazon, including its pricing, delivery, cancellation and returns arrangements.

Use Amazon’s order-help options for an Amazon paperback purchase. Other external websites also have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you browse, place an order, create an account or contact support.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and keep passwords, verification codes and full payment card details private.

12. Responsible website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, obtain files without permission, interfere with website operation or distribute harmful software.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service, subject to applicable law.

13. Consumer rights and problems

These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
